Methods of Payment

BushWhacker Products accept payment online by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. We also accept payment by PayPal.

BushWhacker Products also accepts money orders and personal checks by post. Please make checks or money orders payable to "BushWhacker Products." However, personal checks must clear our bank before we ship your order. We will charge a $40 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax

Because BushWhacker Products is located in British Columbia, Canada, we are required to charge provincial sales tax of 6% and 7% GST to shipments within British Columbia, Canada.

All credit card information sent to BushWhacker Products is encrypted by a GeoTrust 128-bit SSL Global Server ID. We use the world's strongest encryption to assure the privacy of your credit card information.

We guarantee that your credit card information will be safely transmitted to us when you place your order. We take the safety of your credit card information very seriously. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Web TV and AOL browsers each support the Secured Socket Layers standard which allows your credit card data to be sent to us safely. For added security, we require that all orders be subject to address verification. This means that regardless of where you want your order shipped, we confirm the billing address to which your credit card statements are sent. We do this for your protection.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges incurred on your credit card. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50.00, we will cover that amount of liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at BushWhacker Products while using our secure server. In the event that your credit card is used without your permission, you must notify the bank which issued your credit card in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

How to Order Online

Putting Products in Your Cart

To purchase a product, you must be on the item's product detail page – there should be both a picture of the item and detailed outdoor adventure gear notes.

Step 1: Specify the color, size, and quantity

To view your size and / or color options, click the drop-down menus. Select the appropriate size and color. If you are unsure of what size to select, please view our sizing guide for assistance. If you wish to purchase more than one of the item, type the desired quantity in the “Enter quantity”. box.

Step 2: Add the product to your cart

Click on “Add to Cart”.

Proceeding to Checkout

Step 1: View your shopping cart

When you are done shopping, review the items in your cart before proceeding to checkout. Click the “Go to Cart” link, located under “Add to Cart” on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout

Once you've reviewed the items, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Checking Out

Step 1: Enter or confirm your billing and delivery addresses

Please enter or review your addresses and make any necessary changes.

Step 2: Pay for your order

If you are happy with your order, review it for accuracy and select a payment method. To purchase, click the “Purchase Now” button next to your chosen payment method.

Step 3: Order Confirmation

An order confirmation page will appear with your order details – please print or save this page for your records. An order confirmation email will also arrive in your inbox within 24 hours.
